The airline’s Dreamliner was experiencing ongoing problems with its engines and a replacement aircraft was needed fast. The operator got in touch with us after hearing we’d successfully resolved a similar issue for another airline earlier in the year. We contacted a trusted E.U. supplier who had an Airbus A340 available and everything was put in place within seven days. The replacement aircraft operated daily flights from Brunei to Melbourne, keeping the route running smoothly until the operator’s Dreamliner was able to return to service.
